My Creative Children

It seems like lately you'll never know what you might find when you go upstairs to check on the kids one last time before going to bed. Lately we have found them sleeping in the same bed to secretly reading books behind closed doors. (LOL, the one time they are quite!) Anyway, last week Levi went up to check on them and found that they were not sleeping in their beds. He then found that they had made their own tent in Kaitlin's room, which was great but the kids weren't sleeping in this either. He then found them underneath the bunk beds fast asleep and very sweaty since it was a good eighty plus degrees out. It was unbelievable cute and I didn't want to disturb them so we put a fan on them and let them sleep there overnight.

For our much needed and overdue date night Levi took me to Muskegon for a Discovery flight, and then out to dinner. This is by far one of the most exciting date nights we have ever had.

Baby Update

I went in today and had my 15 week checkup. All is going well! The last time I was in the baby's heartbeat was at 167, and today it was 142. So if the old wise tale is right this baby may be a boy. We will be finding out on Kaitlin's birthday next month if infact it is a boy (Levi's belief) or a girl (what Kaitlin wants). And as for me, I'm just happy if the baby is healthy. Actually I kindof thought it'd be fun to wait and not know this time around, but I was out numbered. Oh well, no big deal. This will probably help the kids get ready for another baby in the house if they are able to put a name to it.
